Snowflakes (Day 111)

Snowy weather just makes me want to sit by a window all day and watch the snowflakes drop. I hate the cold,  but I love when things fall from the sky: leaves, rain, snow, it’s all beautiful.

Campus was pretty today.

To ring in the new snowy weather I decided to make soup tonight. I boiled an entire cauliflower, as well as an entire broccoli, with the intent of recreating the soup I had on Saturday. I failed miserably. At one point the burner I was using actually caught fire because some spices from my cupboard fell onto the stove. To top it all off, I didn’t pour enough water out of the pot before I blended the cooked veggies and the soup turned out extremely watery. At least my room mates liked it.

  1. How do your photos always turn out so nice????? My iPhone pics make campus look depressing and grey.
